Job Description :
- Prepare Project time schedule, Material & Resource
- Project Progress Report (to Customer), Review BOQ & Acceptance, and Review acceptance from Subcon
- FU Project Progress & Escalation
- Evaluate and coordination with Subcon and region for progress, issue and other concern related to rectification
- Recommend and execute corrective actions to handle project compliance
- Verification, Evaluation and review data evident submission by Field FO team as meet qualification
- Support monitoring and follow up SLA within and meet SLA target
- Perform reconciling with region and customer to meet KPI as target
- Provide subcontractor guidance or training to develop skill capability
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (IT)
- Fresh Graduated from University on 2021 and 2022 with min GPA 3.20
- Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin skill is an advantage
- Understanding 2G/3G/LTE basic Technology
- Familiar with 2G/3G/LTE network structure
- Familiar to operate and read/review/analysis the OTDR & OPM tools
- Understand read topology and As Build Drawing
- Understand the basics of optical network (cabling, OTB – Optical Termination Box, Splitter, enclosure)
- Basic computer understanding (Microsoft word, excel, power point, outlook, internet application)
- Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts
- Understand basic knowledge about Telecommunication;
- Ability to work as a team
- Fast learner, ability to learn, and evaluating new technology
